ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - CCU Job Details: • Work 36 hours per week in the Neurological Critical Care Unit (NCCU) • Float to Surgical ICU (SICU) and other critical care units as needed • Provide care in 10-bed NCCU serving as the only Neuro Critical Care Unit in Northern New England • Care for primary stroke center patients including ischemic stroke patients requiring thrombectomy and TPA, hemorrhagic stroke patients needing ventriculostomies and emergent evacuations • Support neurosurgery patients including tumor resections and brain/spine abscesses • Manage neuro-medical conditions such as meningitis, encephalitis, and neuro-muscular disorders • Work in 18-bed SICU with surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis patients • Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ICP monitoring • Care for ventilated patients requiring pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications • Assist with line insertion and maintenance for post-surgical patients • Manage specialized equipment including ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVDs, and PA lines with waveform interpretation • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Critical care experience required Facility: This medical center operates a specialized neurological critical care unit that serves as the only neuro critical care facility in Northern New England. The facility functions as a primary stroke center providing comprehensive stroke care including advanced interventional procedures. The medical center features both neurological and surgical intensive care units, offering specialized care for complex medical conditions including neurosurgery, trauma, and critical medical cases requiring advanced monitoring and life support.
