registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to
contribute as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, supporting
surgical teams through skilled assistance and patient care. The
role involves working closely with surgeons to provide critical
operative support and may include circulating responsibilities as
needed. Operating under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will
play a key part in ensuring smooth and effective surgical
procedures in a collaborative healthcare environment. Schedule and
Hours: - Four 10-hour shifts per week (4x10s) - On-call two
weekdays per week from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (or from the end of shift)
- On-call one weekend every three weeks (Saturday and Sunday,
24-hour coverage) Key Responsibilities: - Assist surgeons in a lead
role during operative procedures until completion - Provide
circulating support when required - Adhere to organizational and
departmental policies and procedures - Maintain patient safety and
high-quality peri-operative care Qualifications and Experience: -
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing - Current RN licensure in
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Completion of an RN First
Assisting course aligned with AORN Core Curriculum - Minimum of
five years of diversified peri-operative experience, including both
scrubbing and circulating competencies - ACLS and Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross Location
