seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for a permanent
outpatient practice. This role provides comprehensive primary care
to patients of all ages in a collaborative, patient-focused
environment. You will enjoy a structured workweek, flexible
scheduling, and the opportunity to participate in telemedicine and
light on-call duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide primary care to
patients across all age groups Conduct patient consultations,
examinations, and follow-ups Collaborate with a physician-led care
team and allied health professionals Participate in telemedicine
coverage on designated weekends Maintain accurate patient records
using EMR systems Engage in teaching opportunities for medical and
NP/PA students Optional involvement in hospital medicine or
administrative leadership Requirements Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Family Medicine Active or eligible for a medical
license in New York ACLS and DEA certification required by start
date Strong interest in primary care for patients of all ages
Commitment to full-time schedule (4–5 day work week) Excellent
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Recent NPDB

of $250,000–$260,000, with productivity incentives Starting bonus
