Job Description Job Description Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Outpatient Clinician, ICSW, PhD, LMFT, LMHC Outpatient Behavioral Health Centers Fee For Service Clinic Locations: Northampton, Greenfield, Holyoke, Amherst, Pittsfield Position Summary: We have openings for independently licensed, experienced outpatient clinicians to provide care to clients throughout Western Massachusetts. These fee-for-service positions present the opportunity to design your schedule around the rest of your life, while benefiting from the collegial and technical support of a progressive community mental health team. Responsibilities: Work with a population as diverse as the communities we serve, including individuals from our residential and outreach programs. Provide high quality treatment designed around each person's needs. Have a keen understanding of trauma-informed therapy; equally familiar with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and other evidence-based treatments. Options to facilitate groups. Serve on consultation teams. Document clinical work utilizing our electronic medical record system.
