Ability to handle patients in Restraints, Seclusion, Involuntary Status, and Voluntary Status. Experience in Facilitating Therapeutic Groups. Previous training or willingness to be trained in restraint and de-escalation techniques. Preferred Qualifications CPI certification is preferred. Your typical day will involve working with a 1:9 patient ratio, ensuring individualized and attentive care. The facility provides comprehensive, onsite restraint and de-escalation training to ensure your readiness and confidence in handling challenging situations.
