Job Description:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement
effective patient care plans. Mentor and guide junior nursing staff
and participate actively in the educational initiatives of the
nursing department. Assess patient conditions, administer
medications, and monitor recovery progress. Maintain accurate and
detailed patient records adhering to legal and hospital policies.
Advocate for patient needs and maintain a compassionate and
supportive environment for patients and their families. Exceptional
clinical skills in patient care and assessment Strong leadership
qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical

state of operation Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
