Assess patient conditions through careful monitoring, assessment, and evaluation. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness management and prevention strategies. Maintain patient records with accuracy and adhere to confidentiality protocols. Strong clinical skills in an emergency medical setting. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.
