The selected candidate will engage in various patient care activities, adhering to established guidelines and standards while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Provide direct nursing care to patients across various units, adapting to the needs of each department. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and monitor and record patients' health status. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in various medical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Capability to manage stress and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
