Subject Line: Clinical Nurse Educator/ Critical Care - $1,400 to $1,600 per week in Franklin, NH Clinical Nurse Educator Location: Franklin, NH Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $1400- $1600/week for traveler / Local pay rate :$38 Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Location: Franklin, NH Assignment: 13 Weeks | Days 5x8-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,041.60 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $600.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $1,641.60 Job Summary The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering educational programs that support the professional development of nursing staff and improve patient care quality. The CNE collaborates with nursing leadership and healthcare teams to ensure staff competency, promote evidence-based practice, and support continuous learning within the healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate clinical education and training programs for nursing staff. Provide orientation and onboarding programs for newly hired nurses. Assess learning needs of nursing staff and develop appropriate educational plans. Conduct workshops, seminars, and simulation-based training. Ensure nursing staff maintain required competencies and certifications. Promote evidence-based nursing practices and clinical standards. Support nurses in developing clinical skills, leadership, and professional growth. Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching or mentorship when needed. Collaborate with nurse managers and healthcare teams to improve patient care outcomes. Maintain documentation of training, competency assessments, and education records. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Nursing Education preferred . Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or country. Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD) or Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience . Prior teaching, training, or preceptor experience preferred. Required Skills Strong teaching and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of adult learning principles and educational methods. Ability to develop training materials and learning programs. Leadership and mentoring skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to evaluate clinical competencies and provide constructive feedback.
