Job Description We are seeking a Board Certified / Truly Board
Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a well-established,
hospital-employed practice in Saratoga Springs, New York. This is a
high-earning, long-term opportunity with strong APP support,

Saratoga Springs, NY ??? Providers Needed: 1 Schedule: Days | 50%
Hospital / 50% Clinic Call: Light call schedule with strong APP &
in-house night coverage Practice Highlights: • Non-invasive
cardiology (inpatient & outpatient) • Established practice with
strong patient demand • APPs support weekend rounding and
after-hours calls • Rare overnight call requirements • In-house
night cardiologist available • State-of-the-art diagnostic and
treatment capabilities ? Call Schedule: • 1 weeknight per week
(mostly phone call only) • Weekend call rotation: 1:5 • APPs round
on weekends and take overnight phone calls ? Requirements: • Board
Certified in Internal Medicine • Truly Board Eligible (within 5
years) or Board Certified in Cardiology • Fellowship-trained in
Cardiology (completed prior to start) • Active NY license or
willingness to obtain • NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days) •
Candidates with lapsed board certification not accepted
Compensation & Benefits: • Year 1 base salary: $600,000 • Year 2:
RVU Quality Incentive Pool Model • $75,000 sign-on bonus • $25,000
retention bonus (2-year anniversary) • $25,000 relocation
assistance (outside Capital Region) • Fellowship stipend up to
$100,000/year (early sign-on) • Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• Benefits begin Day 1 (health, vision, dental) • CME allowance:
$4,500/year • 32 days PTO CME annually • 403(b) retirement plan
