This role is pivotal in delivering top-tier nursing care tailored to patient needs while fostering an environment of compassionate care supported by advanced research and clinical practices. The position involves direct patient care activities, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in our continuous improvement efforts to ensure an optimal patient outcome. Provide comprehensive nursing care based on patient assessments and plans. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods. Ensure the operational efficiency of the department through task delegation and contribution to nursing and organizational policies. Educate patients and their families on illness, wellness strategies, and self-care skills. Maintain nursing supplies inventory and uphold infection-control protocols. Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational workshops, review of professional publications, establishment of personal networks, and participation in professional societies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills High proficiency in patient assessment and care planning Adept in using electronic health record systems Capability to work efficiently in a high-stress environment Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
