Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of medical research and practices. Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and students. Advanced clinical skills in orthopedics and spine care. Proficiency in using medical software and patient care technology. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Orthopedic Nursing Certification preferred.
