Overview As a Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner (Sr.
HRBP), you will be responsible for providing strategic support to
multiple facilities. You will defining business requirements and
develop and execute a human resource strategic plan that is aligned
to the business strategy and organizational goals. You will work
both strategically and hands-on to deliver results for the
business/functional groups. You will lead a team of HR Business
Partners on site. The Sr. HRBP engages the resources of the broader
HR organization to enable the execution of this strategy, including
leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of
Expertise (COE's) and HR Operations Center. * Role can be based
anywhere within MA, CT, VT, with travel required * Job Description
Description Identify, develop and implement HR programs that
support the business objectives and key performance priorities of
the facility or region. Partnering with Distribution Operations
leaders both onsite and regional leaders, serve as a trusted
advisor on any people, organizational, or capability implications
of our business strategy. Coach and advise leaders on talent
development and performance management. Effectively lead change
management initiatives Drive key HR initiatives including talent
management, training, succession planning, performance management,
and salary reviews. Work strategically and in partnership with the
business to develop and implement focused workforce strategies
ensuring alignment with both business and HR objectives. Identify
key business trends and work in partnership with HR
cross-functional resources to develop solutions, programs and
policies to aid in achievement of organizational goals. Play a
critical role in embedding a talent management mindset and
executing a talent agenda that aligns with critical business
priorities. Lead the annual talent review process in partnership
with business leadership and COE's to create Individual Development
Plans and functional talent review action plans. Travel Required:
Remote based, with weekly travel required to sites. Skills
