As a cook/kitchen supervisor you will be responsible:
--- Supervise all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted
guidelines and to Courtyard standards.
--- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer
service (guest voice, brand and OTA feedback).
--- Follow designed by the brand menus, purchase and inventory
goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
--- Identify guests' needs and respond proactively to all of their
