Job Description:
OverviewFood service managers supervise our newest growing
profit center. Prides promise is to provide fast & friendly

company.Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Follows proper food safety and sanitation protocols
- Enforces consistent standards following the recipe & procedure
book
- Facilitates kitchen operations to ensure prompt & efficient
food service
- Assist in essential functions of food service crew members
- Places food orders based on current inventory
- Determines and adjusts build-to pars for each prep item
- Enforces accountability regarding crew member performance
- Trains new food service crew members
- Promote & discuss our Pride Star App
- Perform other duties as requested
- Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit storeQualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience management in the food service
industry
- Strong understanding of food safety & sanitation (ServSafe
recommended)
- Strong understanding of standard food service equipment
- Strong communication skills via verbal and written
instruction
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong time management Skills
- Ability to resolve conflict & provide fast feedback
- Ability to operate a computerized P.O.S. system
- Ability to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the
entire workday
- Lift up to 15-30 pounds
- Understanding of basic math
- Read & Speak English
- Reliable Transportation
- Provide proper work authorization identification
