Global Partners LP, a leader in energy products and services with a robust network of terminals and gas stations across the Northeastern U.S., is seeking a creative and dedicated Sandwich Artist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality food service at our station's convenience stores, enhancing the customer experience through exceptional food preparation and presentation. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing sandwiches, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, and contributing to the overall success of our food and beverage operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend culinary skills with customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prepare a variety of sandwiches and wraps according to standardized recipes and customers' preferences while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Greet and interact with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent service. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to health and safety regulations and company guidelines. Manage ingredients inventory, placing orders, and checking supplies to ensure freshness and availability. Participate in food safety training and stay updated on the latest food service trends and practices. Proficiency in using various kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, and panini presses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a food service setting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certificate is preferred. Any additional certification related to food safety or customer service is a plus.
