Overview: Six Flags Great Escape Lodge is hiring immediately for a server. Serve up excitement as a Server at Six Flags! Bring your passion for guest service and your love of food to a dynamic and rewarding role. You'll be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a variety of settings! Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing Provide friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage options. Set up and break down dining areas and event spaces according to specific requirements. Assist with events, including buffets and banquets. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team. How You Will Do It Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service. Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Why work with us?
