Automotive Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description:

The Recruiting Coordinator works within Human Resources to onboard talent. They also partner with our Corporate Recruiter and Management teams to meet the evolving needs of the business. Provide support and assistance to Recruiting team, including but not limited to; identifying potential candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews if necessary. Create and maintain job postings through company ATS system (Paycom). Make recommendations to hiring managers on qualified candidates. Coordinate and communicate orientation dates to new hire employees, managers, and HR team. Research and build networking relationships through colleges, trade schools, social media, and other recruiting platforms. Conduct background and motor vehicle checks as part of the pre-employment process. Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and communicated to candidates. Track and report key metrics throughout the onboarding and recruitment process. Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. Other HR related duties as assigned. Environmental & Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience. Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment cycle process; recruiting system knowledge is a plus.
