IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION, and is an in-office role in Charlton.
Some remote work can be granted from time to time, per business
needs.POSITION SUMMARY:The Recruiter supports The Overlook
Community by working in collaboration with and reporting to the
Manager of Recruitment and/or its designee. The Recruiter is
responsible for making the first impression in the hiring process
and follows a candidate through, from beginning to end. You will be
responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes,
scheduling and conducting phone screens, ensuring hiring managers
get candidates screened, following up to make sure hiring managers
conduct their interviews in a timely manner, documenting the
progress in JazzHR (our Applicant Tracking System), managing the
hiring paperwork, and networking with local schools and other
intuitions. This position will be based out of our Charlton,
Massachusetts campus, but will need to be commutable to our
Sunderland and West Springfield satellite offices.THIS IS NOT A
REMOTE POSITION, and is an in-office role in Charlton. Some remote

DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Screen candidates for each role, update
and note progress/decision in the database.Move-qualified
candidates to the Hiring Manager stageSet up meetings, interviews,
process, and track all movements so that we can staff much-needed
positions in a timely manner.Hold meetings with management and
hiring managers, produce reports on progress.Partner with hiring
managers to develop and execute new recruitment strategies for
positions.Educate and train hiring managers in the interviewing
process, how to conduct interviews, and how to assess
talent.Demonstrate courage with hiring managers and senior
leadership when inspecting what you expect, to deliver the best
possible candidate experience, and intense focus on closing out
open positions.Creatively build and deliver excellence in each
stage of the recruitment search process including specification of
jobs, sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement and
experience, screening, selection and on-boarding.Execute full cycle
recruiting process to meet organization-wide staffing goals in a
timely manner.Build regional and national network through multiple
channels such as: industry contacts, cold calling, association
memberships, databases, colleges and technical schools, and
community outreach organizations.Develop pool of qualified
candidates in advance of need.Ensure compliance with all policies,
laws and regulations including documentation of hiring decision as
well as requirement tracking.Track and measure recruitment metrics;
process reqs. and provide detailed status reports on staffing
initiatives and results.Update Applicant Tracking System
information as required - utilize social networking, career site
and employment branding as necessary.Coordinate and plan job fairs
and off-site recruitment events.Develop and cultivate long-term
pipelines of talent with local High Schools, Vocational High
Schools, Community Colleges, and Colleges/University's.Develop (and
further current contacts) networks of key contacts with
individuals, businesses, and entities that can help support our
mission to create pipelines of talent, while also delivering talent
in the short term.Coordinate and attend local Job/Career Fairs, as
well as creating events at our 3 Overlook locations.Other duties,
tasks, and assignments as assigned by the Manager of
Recruitment.QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS degree required2-4 years of
Recruitment experience, ideally supporting a healthcare or service
organization with both exempt and large numbers of non-exempt
employees. Healthcare / Long-Term Care preferredFull cycle
recruitment experience requiredDemonstrated success working in a
fast paced environment, with a track record of accomplishment with
measurable impactAbility to build trusted relationships with all
levels of the organizations; strong influencer and follow through
skillsProficient managing Applicant Tracking Systems. JazzHR a
plus!Ability to demonstrate courage with peers, Hiring Managers,
and Senior Leadership.Ability to be self-sufficient and self-driven
to explore opportunities and develop action plans.Possess a
propensity to be organized and attention to detail,Travel to
Charlton, Massachusetts and satellite Home Health locations in West
Springfield and Sunderland Massachusetts, as well as additional
recruiting events in Massachusetts.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING
CONDITIONS:Primary work will be performed in doors in an office
setting, may be exposed to the elements (heat, cold, rain, snow);
walking and standing frequently; occasional lifting of up to 25
pounds.Must be able to meet sensory demands of touch, smell,
vision, hearing and be able to detect and distinguish circumstances
signifying health and safety concerns/hazards in the work
environment.Demonstrates the maturity and ability to work
effectively and cooperatively as a member of the Overlook. Must
also be able to perform multiple tasks a on a daily and weekly
basis. Must be able to handle some stressful situations (irate
