Job Description:

Salary: $155,000.00 to $165,000.00 /year You will provide Systems and Software Engineering support for analyzing requirements, service catalog, interface management, integration management, systems security engineering, model-based systems engineering, and systems engineering governance. Security Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance required Description/Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, implementing and enabling operations of laboratory environments at multiple locations
• Supporting established systems engineering and software engineering processes
• Planning and completing infrastructure and design engineering documentation and implementation
• Analyzing and assessing technical documents
• Studying and recommending the use and application of modern software tools supporting agile software development
• Analyzing and making recommendations to the government in specialized work areas for satellite command and control ground system programs with focus on the following eight technical management processes:
• Maintaining comprehensive information needed for patch management, including time compliance network order and commercial off the shelf software upgrades, hardware replacement evaluation and instructions for handling operator discrepancy reporting through depot level maintenance
• Implementing and maintaining a configuration management system for a single satellite ground system with multiple software builds, multiple instantiations, multiple operating locations and multiple TT&C systems Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of software development experience
  • Experience designing and implementing laboratory environments
  • Experience with Java, C/C++, .NET languages (C#, VB.NET, etc.), Python
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment Security Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance required
