Job Title: Technical Lead - CDP
12 months contract

Job Description:
The CDP platform will gather data from several customer contact points (Online, Mobile, CRM, Marketing, Core Admin and Warehouse) in real-time and stitch the customer profile at scale and produce a golden copy of customer record that will be leveraged to enable personalize customer experience and suppression across multiple channels including web, mobile and contact center.

High level job description and key responsibilities:
The person in this role will work with the implementation team throughout the onboarding process and take the ownership of platform setup, administration, user access management, data integration, mentoring junior developers, solution design and implementation. This person will play the role of a Technical Lead and learn the platform in and out throughout the implementation process.

Skills:
Leading a team of engineers (or contractors) and working closely with marketing, data, and architecture members. Development will be focused on launching a CDP (Customer Data Platform) solution for journey analytics and orchestration.
Translate product objectives into engineering strategy, infrastructure, and tasks to deliver desired solution
Degree with significant relevant experience providing advanced analytics solutions. Ideally the degree should be in computer science, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or a related data centric field
Excellent software engineering talent: 5+ years of experience with software development in a consumer or SaaS product
Demonstrated deep technical and data science expertise, acute strategic and analytical skills, ability to lead and persuade, drive and energy, and desire to work in a project based environment on strategic issues.
Fluency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Java, JS/SSJS, Python, R)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data driven mindset
Highly analytical
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and/or Tealium tag management is desired.
Experience with big data platform and/projects
Excellent in ETL, Data analysis, Data Mapping and SQL skills
