Levridge is a looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy person with commodity business acumen who will be responsible for consulting on Levridge engagements including: implementations, post implementation support, upgrades, and/or extensions of existing applications.
This role will be instrumental in the---hands-on configuration, implementation, support, and optimization of Levridge commodity and ag sales modules.
This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States.
A Day in the Life



  • Provide functional knowledge and support to Levridge clients and delivery partners


  • Manage client relationships within the context of the support role


  • Provide feedback to product managers on feature designs and existing feature improvements


  • Test feature functionality in product release cycles


  • Write blogs to explain functionality and provide support tips and tricks to end users


  • Represent Levridge by communicating with clients regarding D365 F&SCM technical support cases via telephone, electric correspondence, and in person


  • Triage client issues and scope time and resources required to provide solutions


  • Solve client technical support issues through utilization of product knowledge, business acumen and technical expertise


  • Log and properly track support cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM


  • Collaborate with resources from other teams/groups as needed to resolve client issues


    Preferred Qualifications


    • Knowledge of commodity accounting and ag sales


    • Proficient writing statements querying a SQL database


    • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices: Agriculture, Manufacturing, or Construction industries a plus


    • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills


    • Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience


    • Strong technical writing ability


    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently


    • Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions


    • Ability to travel to customer locations when requested


    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English


      Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
