We're looking for a leader with world class experience in the
design, delivery and ongoing optimization of the Oracle
Applications Way (OAW) Sales Methodology. This person will focus on
improving sales effectiveness, sales productivity, and overall
sales results.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Delivery and development of knowledge, skills, process and tools
framework across territory planning, account planning, opportunity
strategies & execution and forecasting
Work with sales leadership and sales excellence to assess and
optimize the OAW methodology
Collaborate with sales excellence to drive programs to improve
sales capability and drive a culture and cadence of coaching
Coach sales leaders and salespeople in skills and responsibilities
to drive individual and team success
Deliver virtual and in person sessions providing
account/opportunity strategy reviews and coaching
Act as a SME to help develop high impact and high-quality content
across a range of modalities (e-Learning, instructor-led training,
simulations, job aides, proficiency testing etc.)
Develop presentations and present concepts, strategies, and ideas
for improvements plans to senior executives & stakeholders

California Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be
eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay
mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Colorado Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be
eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay
mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
New York City Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May
be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated
pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Washington Pay Range: from $126,600 to $234,300 per annum. May be
eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay
mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to
account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market
conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products,
industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the
preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible
employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for
vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per
week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first
three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years
of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working
between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20
hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire.
Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each
year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
