• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI models' coding capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance.
• Stay updated with the latest software engineering and AI developments.Skills
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Over three years of experience in software development with multiple programming languages.
  • Proven ability to assess code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Experience in technical writing and creating coding examples.
  • Proficiency in tools like Git, Docker, and cloud services.Preferred Skills
    • Experience with AI systems, particularly in code generation.
    • Understanding of various software development methodologies.
    • Knowledge of machine learning concepts relevant to NLP and code generation.
    • Data analysis skills for evaluating model performance.
