Job Description:
Job Description Project/Program: DTF Modernization Program - IAS
Mod This position will be responsible for the technical lead role
of the Integrated Account System (IAS) Modernization project. The
candidate will also assist with developing a new framework for all
efforts under the DTF Modernization program. The candidate must
possess the necessary technical skills to ensure they can actively
participate in design and development activities. Day-to-Day Tasks:
The selected candidate will be responsible for all phases of the
System Development Life Cycle for a multi-tiered complex processing
system. The responsibilities will include both new development as
well as maintenance tasks. Specific tasks will include: • Analysis
of requirements and system design work. • Presentations of system
designs to the users and technical communities. • Development of
detailed design documents and program specifications. • Code and
perform unit and integration testing of programming assignments. •
Write and tune complex SQL. • Technical Support of user testing
efforts. • Performance tune new and existing applications. •
Analyze, design and implement solutions for production issues. •
Mentoring of less experienced staff is required. Mandatory
Qualification: Software Architect - Makes high-level design choices
and dictates technical standards, including software coding
standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture
or component interactions of a large scale software system. Expert
- 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams
and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the
top of his/her field. Requested Qualifications: - 84 months of
experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes
business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance and
end user support of complex Tax returns processing or accounting
systems. - 84 months experience in building choreography or
orchestration processes using technologies like WebSphere
Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM
BAW – IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, IBM CP4I (IBM Cloud
Pak for Integration). - 84 months experience in building Java/XML
based Rules Architecture System with Rules Entry UI Tool bundled
with Runtime Rules Engine and other Rules building tools like ODM,
ADS (Automation Decision Services – IBM Cloud Pak), etc. - 84
months experience of working with frameworks like IBM EAD4J and
JADE Frameworks, Spring Framework, Hibernate, IBM SOA/SCA/SDO
Architecture Framework, using J2EE technologies like JMS, CTG/CICS,
BPEL, Jason, XML, XQuery, Jason Queries, XSD, SQL Queries, etc. -
84 months of System Analysis and Design experience for multi-tiered
transactional systems and writing technical design specification
documents for multifaceted component-based systems - 84 months of
experience in IBM DB2 Data Modeling and performance tuning of big
data (XML or JASON based) applications interacting with DB2
database systems. - 84 months of experience in developing Java
based applications using Eclipse, IBM Environment development IDEs
like Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are deployed in
WebSphere Application Server (WAS). - 36 months of experience in
Java Messaging Services using IBM MQSeries, IBM CP4I MQ (IBM Cloud
Pak for Integration), Kafka, etc. - 36 months of experience of
using IBM OpenShift Cloud Platform, Microservices Architecture,
Containerization, developing Jenkins Build Scripts and CI/CD
Pipelines, managing Jenkins Configurations, GIT Version Control,
JFROG repository management, SPA (Single Page Applications)
architecture.
