Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to provide legal
support across various areas.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate contracts for business transactions, including
vendor and privacy agreements
Assist in developing compliance programs and training to adhere to
company processes and legal regulations
Oversee intellectual property registration and monitor for
infringement
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree required
Bar admission in good standing or pending in at least one US
jurisdiction
1+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house
Experience with contracts and demonstrated negotiation and drafting
skills
Experience with intellectual property and privacy laws is a
plus
