Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Hardware Transactions
Attorney to support their Strategic Sourcing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to hardware
development and sourcing
Provide legal support to the Strategic Sourcing Team on
transactional matters
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all
contractual agreements
Required Qualifications
Admitted to the Bar in the state of residence/practice
Prior experience in handling commercial hardware transactions
Ability to work 40 hours per week, fully remote
Willingness to undergo a 4-6 week onboarding process
Experience in a similar legal role is preferred
