Job Description:Responsible for the planning, budget (> $2-4M of investment) and quality delivery of business outcomes in support of the MMUS Client Services Operations organization. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, and has had proven success championing Agile concepts and practices. Managing all facets of project delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall including team organization, project risk assessment, and implementation and reporting. Develop technology strategies and roadmaps, aligned to clearly understood business problem(s) and benefit(s). Develops high performing project teams, setting a positive tone and leading by example. Coach, mentor and provide career guidance for all team members and build domain expertise within the team. Collaborate within and across channels to identify delivery efficiencies, improvement opportunities drives down costs and improves support capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and leads multiple delivery work-cells consisting of 15-20 multidiscipline technical employees and contractors to deliver on strategic, operational and BAU efforts. Accountable for selection and engagement of team members ??" attract, retain and develop talent. Coach, mentor and provide career guidance for all team members and build domain expertise within the team. Acts as an Agile mentor/coach to other Scrum Masters or any Agile role Create an environment that is proactive, agile, economical, collaborative and accountable. Collaborate within and across CIO channels to identify delivery efficiencies, leverage teammates and ensure all teams are successful Leads with a focus on continuous improvement concepts and educates team members in the application of problem solving principals equipping team members with tools and behaviors to drive sustainable improvements. Will work with the customer leadership team to understand business strategy and requirements, develop technology strategies and roadmaps to enable successful delivery of programs. Vendor oversight and best practice management for BPO partners and Tech execution Leads development of metrics, measures and reporting to understand the overall health of the Annuity, Disability, B2B and Business Process Outsourcing Portfolio. Ensure execution is aligned with best practices and standards as defined by CoEs and solutions deployed are secure as per EIRM standards. Ensure portfolio cost/capability effectiveness and provide transparency to business partners. Responsible for managing capacity / demand of team(s) ??" gathering demand from IT and business leaders and planning accordingly, working with Portfolio and Delivery Head. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Bachelor???s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field 5+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years of IT leadership, business unit, or other functional leadership experience. Program/project management and/or MM Business system methodology, minimum 3 years related experience preferred Must be hands on, able to remove roadblocks, and execute through influence. Clear track record of leading/driving key initiatives working with cross functional teams to successfully implement critical business projects, problem solutions and continuous improvement efforts etc. Demonstrated risk management strategies and recommendations to drive expected results, mitigate risk, while balancing cost and benefits Excellent time management skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and prioritize to provide exceptional service levels in a dynamic environment Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Comfortable working in ambiguity, capable of establishing and growing functions and teams from the ground up 2+ years??? of Agile project delivery experience Proficient with project management tools and techniques, such as Jira, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban Experience with back end mainframe application, cloud migration and system integration Experience with industry the electronic service interfaces used by third party distributors i.e. DTCC, Order Entry, ACORD
