Crozer-Keystone Health Systems comprises four hospitals and a
network of outpatient centers. These facilities house a Level 2
trauma center, a regional burn center, three regional cancer
centers, a kidney transplant center, Bariatric Surgery Program,
First Steps Rehab, and Global Neuroscience Institute unit.
Our candidate will provide leadership, direction and oversight
for all facilities planning and facilities management across the
Crozer-Keystone Health System. Responsible for the oversight of the
design, development and construction of new construction, additions
and renovations to all facilities and equipment.
In addition, this position is responsible for the real estate
management, tenant leasing, and property management of all leased
space throughout the health system. Ensures the safe and
efficient operation of all areas of responsibility. Performs
duties in support of the health system’s mission to ensure the
highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and
Education and Training:
Ten (10) years of progressive experience in general management
and oversight of major construction/renovation projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience preferred
Ten (10) years of experience with tenant leasing and property
Experience and Knowledge:
Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in health
care construction, tenant leasing, and general management within a
health care system.
Valid driver’s license required
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Leadership skills to direct the health system’s facilities
