If you’ re an HR professional who loves to feel like you’ re part of a fantastic mission, see if this part-time Recruiter role is for you! Located in Northampton, this role is hybrid. You’ ll have the flexibility to work some of your 25 hours from home but will also need to report to the office several times per week. Pay rate is $24-$25 per hour.

Every day, you’ ll be busy! Under the supervision of the Director of the HR department, you’ ll handle things like posting jobs, completing onboarding, and running employment verifications. As a key part of the team, your goal is to increase the number of viable applicants through your recruiting efforts. Since this non-profit’ s mission is education-related, your focus is on recruiting for teachers (including substitute teachers).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous recruiting experience (ideally recruiting for education-related positions)
• Resourceful and creative with ways of finding viable candidates through a variety of proactive and reactive recruiting styles
• Excellent communications skills and ability to priority quickly
