CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEOur client, a Healthcare organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to to assist in the billing department. This person will professionally answer inbound calls and assist patients with their billing questions.If you have experience as a customer service representative or call center representative (inbound or outbound) we would be interested in speaking with you.Healthcare experience is not required however, if you have experience from the revenue cycle such as a medical biller, payment poster, insurance follow-up, or charge enter these skills would work well for this role.This position is temp-to-hire, part time, Monday-Friday, 10am - 2pm regularly scheduled with the ability to flex up to 40 hours when necessary. Schedule is done every 2 weeks.This role is in a very nice office building with free covered parking.Work for a Staffing firm highly rated by Google and Forbes!INDS
