Job Description:
Job Description The Key Program is seeking an experienced
Service Coordinator for its Family Networks contract in Greater
Springfield, MA . Per the MASS HireNow Program, Key will offer a
$4,000 hiring bonus for MA residents who are hired to work in a
position for 30 or more hours per week. $2,000 will be paid at 3
months of successful employment and $2,000 will be paid at 6 months
of successful employment. For non-MA residents, the Key Program
will fund and apply the same $4,000 bonus. Qualifications:
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in the Human Service field
and have expertise working with families involved with DCF.
Responsibilities: Applicants must be comfortable conducting Family
Team Meetings, identifying service needs, assessing strengths, and
coordinating services with both DCF Social Workers and private
providers. This position requires meetings to occur at DCF offices,
the family---s home, foster homes, and in Human Service Agencies---
offices and residential programs. The position requires a valid
driver---s license and a legally registered vehicle. The annual
starting salary range is $48,200-50,200, and has excellent
benefits, training and supervision. Key Program is a private,
non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist at-risk
and court-involved children/adolescents and their families to
develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and
rewarding lives. Key works in conjunction with the MA Department of
Children& Families (DCF), MA Department of Youth Services (DYS),
the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the RI Department of
Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) and is an agency provider of both
community-based outreach services and residential treatment
programming. All qualified applicants will receive consideration
