Digital Experience team, part of MassMutual's Enterprise Technology
& Experience organization, designs, builds, and supports the
company's digital assets for customers and financial professionals.
Digital Experience is composed of collaborative, diverse,

To help us achieve our mission, we are hiring a Digital Content
Publisher to help us take our customer and financial professional
experiences to the next level.
**The Role and Your Impact**
As a Digital Content Publisher at MassMutual, you will have the
opportunity to:
+ Provide publishing support for MassMutual.com and the company
subdomains.
+ Have an in-depth understanding of the Content Management System
and be a subject matter expert in this space. Help to define and
continue to refine the workflow within the CMS.
+ Understand the different components that make up pages, elements,
and sections of the websites and be able to articulate how to best
develop and structure a page or an experience.
+ Understand data and help make data-driven decisions to optimize
the experience on the site and the customer journey.
+ Provide direction to cross-functional teammates working on
projects that impact the website experience and customer
journey.
+ Help to solve technical problems that involve the content
management system or publishing process.
+ Manage the intake queue and support publishing needs submitted by
business partners and key stakeholders across the organization.
+ Manage the process and workflow of an initiative from inception
to execution - including the publishing elements.
**The Qualifications**
+ Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Content
Management System content publishing or similar role
+ Interested in data and making data-driven decisions to optimize
the site experience
+ Experience with the development of customer-facing digital
products preferred
+ Experience with HTML
+ Comfortable working in ambiguity, and comfortable working across
the enterprise
+ An action-oriented, driven, entrepreneurial mindset
