  May Center for Adults Services, a division of May Institute, provides a wide range of community-based services for adults of all ages with autism and other developmental disabilities, which include community, supportive living, and day programs.
  
  Who are you?
  
  The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for clinical/behavior assessment, behavior plan development and coordination of interdisciplinary team meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a master's level graduate with experience in case management, or graduates pursuing board certification as a behavior analyst!
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • Work in residential settings.
  • Develop, monitor, and review data collection.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans.
  • Train staff in behavior support procedures.
  • Participate in clinical team and program review meetings.
  • Participate in research projects as assigned.
  • Administer and analyze functional assessments.
  • Work with teams that include staff, funding agencies, families, and clinical practitioners.
  • Maintain highest standards of clinical ethics.
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Background in Applied Behavior Analysis required; BCaBA or BCBA preferred.
    • Experience with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.
    • Proficient writing and computer skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to travel frequently throughout Western MA.
    • Knowledge of PBIS preferred.
