needs. We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with
individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of
our many residential or day habilitation programs. We offer a

May Center for Adult Services is currently seeking compassionate
and qualified Bilingual Direct Support Professionals to work
directly with adults with autism and other developmental
disabilities at our residential program in Chicopee, MA. All
positions available. Hourly rate for this position is $16.00. We
are offering a differential pay of $2/hr until end of September
2022 Sign on Bonuses 30-40 hr schedules $3000 total 16-29 hr
schedules $2000 total 8-15 hr schedules $1000 total PLUS -
additional wage incentives for direct care shifts. Responsibilities
- In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and
independent lives with dignity and respect by: * - Assisting with
activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs,
etc.) * - Supporting in skill development and mastering * -
Participating in community integration * - Aiding in behavioral
interventions and medication dispensing (training provided) * -
Partaking in the implementation of IEP/ISP objectives and
documenting progress Qualifications - * - Strong verbal and written
communication skills * - High school diploma required
* Previous behavioral experience a plus * - Valid driver's license
and at least 2 years of driving experience
* Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
