Join our growing team of professionals as a Family Partner in our
IHBTC (Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care) Program at Behavioral
Health Network!
The Family Partner works with parents and caregivers to establish
and nurtures family engagement. This is done while providing
consultation to the Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care team
about family values and culture. The Family Partner engages parents
and caregivers in a strength driven process designed to address one
or more goals on the youth's treatment plan. The Family Partner
will possess the ability to teach, model and coach parents and
caregivers on how to navigate child-serving systems.

behavioral health agency that has been providing services to
children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts
since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral
