Remote Bilingual Spanish Media and Technology Customer Service
Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Providing concierge-style phone service to our customers
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional
manner
Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research issues
and provide solutions
Position Requirements Include:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or
related sales experience
Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with
process and information changes
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Tech-Savvy
Great Phone Etiquette
