ABSC is seeking a Test Lead with a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance in
support of the NGA mission in Springfield, VA. If you are ready to

national security - let's talk! -Responsibilities Include, But Are
Not Limited To:Responsible for managing the evaluation,
recommendation and implementation of testing procedures and
strategies for products, systems, components, or modifications.
Acts as advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks,
and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering
functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within
budget. -Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of
their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that
project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to
approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
Virtually self-managed and self-initiated. Responsible for
adherence to contract specifications, owns quality and timeliness
of all contract deliverables, and develops solutions to complex
problems requiring a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.
-Experience Required for this Role:Minimum 5 years of experience 1
to 3 years supervisory experience -Able to develop and use more
complex concepts and processes. Conducts root cause problem
analysis and develops technical solutions to problems. Guides and
supports junior level personnel. Requires guidance only when
dealing with new, uncertain, undefined or undeveloped tasks. -
