agents of equity and change
We recognize that, in today's diverse classrooms, students need
knowledge and skills related to prejudice reduction, human rights
awareness and collective action. Through anti-bias and social
justice study we encourage our young people to challenge prejudice
and learn how to be agents of change in their own lives. Engaging
with our global and national history, and how it informs our
attitudes and behaviors, allows us to choose a world of equity and
justice. We are committed to contradicting oppression and racism by
providing civil and inclusive school communities where children are
respected, valued and welcome participants.
We are seeking candidates that are committed to a vision that
embraces a vision of high-quality education with equitable,
excellent outcomes for all students as a formidable instrument in

highest quality instruction that will enable our students to go
