Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and answer calls to schedule survey appointments for
potential moving customers
Act as the primary interface with customers and agents to
coordinate survey details and requests for quotes
Provide information on moving services and maintain the lead center
database while meeting targets and objectives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of related experience,
preferably in customer service or a call center
High energy and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Interest in building sales and customer service skills
Coachable attitude with innovative thinking
