Job Description:
A company is looking for an Experienced Patient Services
Specialist I to provide customer service for patient medical
billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming telephone inquiries and document interactions
accurately
Assist patients in understanding their billing responsibilities and
resolve account issues
Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational
policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree in a related
field preferred
Three years of Call Center experience and one year of billing
experience
Six months of remote work experience
Experience in healthcare/medical office customer service
preferred
Ability to interpret insurance billing processes
