Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Implementation Specialist
to manage and support data exchange between systems and external
Benefits Administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain eligibility and enrollment file feeds with
Benefits Administrators
Review incoming enrollment files for accuracy and compliance with
EDI specifications
Manage secure file transfers and ensure timely delivery to the
internal platform
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of EDI file formats and specifications
Proficient with SFTP tools and file encryption processes
Familiarity with ticketing/project management tools such as
Jira
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
