life? CSO has open positions for Master's Level Clinicians in our
Services program, providing clinical services to individual,
groups. Clinicians will provide outpatient therapy as part of an
within our clinics including: clinic director, clinical
services manager, psychiatrists and clinical nurse specialists, and
manager and other administrative staff.

of our trainings focused on trauma and an internal Trauma
Responsibilities are as follows:
-Support clients through collaboration with other medical
service providers, state agencies, other mental health services
crisis services), and other community agencies and resources.
-Individuals are responsible for managing their own
-Good time management skills necessary to maintain
appointments and timely record keeping.
-Computer skills necessary for use of Electronic Health
Record system and completion of required documentation.
Requirements are as follows:
-Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or
closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is
-Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC OR
-Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using
problem-solving and practical skills
-Familiarity with support groups.
-Ability to establish trusting relationships through
empathy and insight.
-Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from
diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
-Bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking encouraged to apply!
Required license or certification:
-Preferred or Elgiible for: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
