Adding to our Supply Chain Practice we are looking for one Senior SD consultant

The person will be responsible for implementing our RDS solutions and Consulting Services for automotive suppliers along with a team of consultants. This will include creating project plan, setting goals and timelines with the customer, ensuring the timely completion of the project with assistance from the team and managing the scope and customer expectations at all times during the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configuration, functional design, data analysis and testing experience in SAP SD
• Familiar with organizational units and structures
• Understand all activities involved with logistics processing
• Automotive and/or manufacturing experience
• Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints
• Help mentor new Consultants
• Ensure the client takes advantage of pmc best practices
• Ensure the client is reference-able once the client is in production
• Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants
  • Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status
  • Understand pmc's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements
  • Complete the work assigned to you by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocatedREQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
    • The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members
    • 3-5 years of professional experience working in the North American business environment
    • Actively involved in three full end-to-end SAP implementation
    • Involvement with IT project management
    • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
    • Ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions
    • Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals
    • SAP experience including configuration and impact/integration to our other SAP modules
    • Business Process analysis and implementation of logistics concepts
    • Willingness to travel to client sites
    • Bachelor's degree Adding to our Supply Chain Practice we are looking for one Senior MM/QM consultant

                  The person will be responsible for enhancing our RDS solutions using core SAP development (ABAP) as well as mobile applications using ABAP, JavaScript, and HTML5 languages.
                  
                  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
                  • Meet with functional team to review and understand client requirements
                  • Take part in design process along with functional team
                  • Develop pmc products and new software components
                  • Provide high quality customer service through prompt and accurate internal and external communication
                  • Attend internal and external training classes in order to continuously expand knowledge of automotive industry practices, SAP, and EDI
                  • Document solutions and build library of documented solutions
                  • Research new technologies and stay in tune with industry trends and recent innovations
                  • Establish test environment for approved initiatives and pilot new technologies
                  • Provide weekly updates to management
                  • Prepare and update training material REQUIRED JOB SKILLS:
                    • Good understanding of the SAP ABAP programming language (ALV List, IDoc)
                    • Understanding of RF-SAP programming (using SAPConsole, ITSMobile) is a plus
                    • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML5 programming is a plus
                    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be clear and concise)
                    • Must be process oriented (not task oriented)
                    • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
                    • Able to multi-task, maintain priorities, and manage deadlines
                    • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as a team member
                    • Comfortable working in a small business environment
                    • Must be well-organized and possess strong documentation skills
                    • Establish and maintain effective external and internal working relationships EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
                      • Bachelor Degree - Business and IT majors preferred
                      • 2+ years development experience required
                      • Supply Chain, Automotive, or User/System Support experience a plus
                      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
                      • SAP experience is preferred, but not required
