Play a critical role for the Market and Credit Risk group (MACR) and the primary objective is to lead MACR in implementing technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program, communicate them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. In addition, mine data and develop reports using business intelligence tools to address the department business users' needs for analytics and operational efficiencies. Work closely with group members and a wide variety of internal stakeholders to identify issues and recommend software solutions primarily related to the Market & Credit Risk area as well as implement policy-mandated requirements. Drive these software solutions to completion through the entire lifecycle from developing business requirements. How You Will Make an Impact Work with management, Lead Risk Analyst and other team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of the purpose of the MACR department and the associated policies, the backbone for the MACR function and the basis to initiate the necessary future program changes Support Business Users by gathering business requirements and design solutions based on the requirements of the project or program change, in conjunction with IT, PMO and other groups Develop Business cases and document requirements using the currently prescribed ISO templates and Communicate those requirements to the project/IT development team and review technical specifications with IT, to ensure the solution proposed meets the needs Work with IT to understand the software/tools and data used and/or available to implement the department's Business requirements Enhance the Business Users productivity by gaining an understanding of where efficiency gains in processes and procedures can be achieved, by identifying issues/pain points and recommending software solutions Represent the MACR department in cross functional meetings and present system enhancement needs and work with IT and PMO to drive the schedule for implementation Update and maintain the department's system enhancements and bug fixes open items and provide report to management and the department Project coordination and testing Lead the Business Acceptance Testing efforts for MACR team Coordinate, plan and Conduct and/or Assist with software Business acceptance testing Coordinate Work with the testing team to create product testing and Business acceptance testing (BAT) scripts Act as liaison to the testing team in performing product tests Design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics and Reporting Determine business users data needs, provide ad hoc queries as necessary (using BI tools, SQL) Design and develop reporting to provide required data and analytics to business users Maintain/support current BI reporting Business Process Documentation and credit analysis Prepare, update and maintain business process procedures and related documents Perform as secondary backup to the Credit Analyst What We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience Business Intelligence Experience (minimum of 4 years) Experience in data analysis Business model mapping

Proven project planning and management for multiple concurrent projects; ability to meet commitments under tight deadlines Works well independently and collaborates as part of a team Customer Service Experience dealing with Business Users, including performing business requirements gathering Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to bridge the gap for the business user between technical speak and end user terminology Willing and flexible to take on related MACR tasks as assigned Proven self-starter with excellent facilitation skills
