You'll be responsible for:Controlling completed film rolls and taking them off of the lineLearning from film industry expertsMonitoring resin levels, optimizing intake, and verifying resins each runOperating state-of-the-art blown film linesWorking as a team player to reach consistent output goalsMaintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following CNG's Safety Mission Our ideal candidate possess: 2-year technical degree, or bachelor's degree (engineering/mechanical discipline preferred)5 to 7 years of successful experience working in a manufacturing environmentAbility to build positive relationships with all levels of personnel, including Leadership Teams.A driven team player who is eager to learnA strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance Our hard-working team deserves benefits that work for them.
