- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Demonstrate competence in application of mechanical and technical concepts that allows for facility plant repair, and equipment maintenance understanding and independent function.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Knowledge of State Department of Public health facility codes and standards, OSHA and safety codes.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Demonstrates ability to perform work in accordance with policy and procedures as well as regulations on a consistent basis.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to honor the rights, dignity and confidentiality of residents, staff and facility information and or property dealing with them honestly at all times.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Demonstrates the ability to stay current on all mandatory in-servicing including Infection Control, Fire and Disaster policies, OSHA and State regulations. Knows where the MSD Sheets are kept and how to use the information found within including the appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
