Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work hybrid between our Springfield, MA center and the surrounding home and community settings. Join our passionate and collaborative team in delivering exceptional behavioral services to children with autism and contribute to our shared mission of Transforming Lives Together!Always striving for clinical excellence with like-minded professionals on our team!We take pride in delivering clinically excellent services, with clinical training and programs that include Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).We are excited to be in collaboration with Dr. Gregory Hanley for delivering best practice through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment. Dissemination and growth is important to us, we offer professional development opportunities and workshops across both of these well-respected methodologies, as well as others.Pay: $78,000 - $85,000 per yearAsk us about our SIGN-ON BONUS!Employee BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits401k Retirement PlanDrive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visitsFree CEUS through our training platform and national resourcesJob DutiesDeliver direct intervention in center, home, school, and community settings.Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.RequirementsPossess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of in-person and virtual telehealthFlexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloadsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skillsPrevious experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environmentValid MA driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual Spanish preferredAbout Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones GroupThe Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
