Job Description:Planning ConsultantAs a Planning Consultant, you
will provide a world-class planning experience, uncover
opportunities to deepen client relationships through consolidation
of assets, referrals, and plan implementations, and develop an
engagement strategy that supports each client's unique planning
needs. Through your integrity and adoption of Fidelity's client
commitment standards, we know you will inspire client dedication
with the goal of developing lifetime relationships with
Fidelity.The Expertise We're Looking For
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and
appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire Series 65/66
upon hire
- Financial services experience, preferably in financial
planning
- Degree and/or other professional certifications such as CFP are
helpful; if you don't already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition
Reimbursement program can help you obtain oneThe Purpose of Your
RoleThe Planning Consultant works alongside Financial Consultants
and/or Wealth Planners in a financial planning capacity. Through
your knowledge and relationship-building skills, you will
effectively profile clients, navigate their needs, and present the
output of our guidance tools, leading to in-depth discussions
around planning concepts. This will help uncover additional
planning opportunities, in partnership with advisers, to better
meet client needs. Your impact on the business and rewarding client

- Thorough understanding of financial planning concepts to help
clients build effective financial plans for themselves and their
families.
- Ability to profile clients to understand their planning needs
and identify appropriate solutions

ModelFidelity's hybrid working model combines onsite and offsite
work. While onsite presence is important for our culture and
