The Strategic Service partners (SSP) team works to support large scale relationship management and existing 3rd party administrators accountable for end to end service and administration of operational support functions. The primary intent and purpose of this team is to ensure overall effectiveness of the relationships ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved (which may vary by partnership). We are seeking talented professionals with strong skills working in a high caliber, fast paced, often evolving priorities in a complex environment.
-- Under general direction, and minimal oversight, responsible for performing research and business analysis to support the development of cost/benefit insights
- represent annuity fixed new business operations as SME on the Fixed Annuity Order Entry Platform in various internal and external/industry forums
- Support in the execution of deliverables (which will require partnership & coordination among business, IT and vendor resources (business & IT).
-- Defines opportunities and best practices and suggests how to improve upon current state capability
-- Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to new business operations, leveraging FAOE technology as a solution.
-- May perform special projects upon request where interdependencies exist
- May support day to day production in the creation of ad-hoc reports as needed in support of daily operational/inventory management needs (for example)
-- Bachelors with 2+ years of experience in business consulting or project management
-- Ability to multi-task and manage projects and or priorities, as assigned
- working knowledge of annuities, and the new business lifecycle
- exposure to order entry technologies (iPipeline, Affirm, Ebix - for example)
-- Ability to successfully manage work with current and sometimes competing priorities
-- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

- Electronic Order Entry Platform Experience/Exposure
